Edward is a Manager in the Deal Advisory Strategy practice. A recognized finance operations and performance management expert, with over ten years of consulting experience, he has worked with clients to integrate or separate the finance function, transform how they deliver core financial and accounting processes through process improvement and operating model design; manage and exploit financial and business performance information; and deliver improved strategic and business outcomes.
Edward has led finance process and operating model assessments during and independent of diligence, leveraging leading practice and an understanding of business requirements, to define finance Day 1 and End State operating models, developed plans, and led execution of achieving those models. Further, he has defined and built synergy plans / business models to establish cost effective and efficient finance organizations during and after an M&A event.
Through his career, he has provided advisory services focused on finance and accounting operations, FP&A, and technology enabled transformation with specific experience advising clients primarily in the technology and healthcare sectors.
