Bindiya leads advisory services for the public sector entities in the Pacific Southwest. She has over 18 years of experience helping clients manage risks in their large technology enabled business transformations and solving complex technology compliance challenges. She has also led large technology programs including but not limited to the largest digital transformation of citizen services in the world, implementation of cloud ERPs, HCM and payroll solutions, and core business solutions.
Bindiya brings deep expertise in leading transformation and digitization using emerging technologies like cloud and artificial intelligence. This understanding enables her to help provide practical insights. As a team member for City of Los Angeles in the 311 Re-platforming project, she will bring to bear her experience of managing large projects in City’s environment and understanding of your culture and methods to get things done.
