Kevin Bogle

Kevin Bogle is the principal in charge of the KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy (DAS) Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. He is also a member of KPMG Board of Directors Nominating Committee and the leader for the KPMG IFRS Institute in the U.S.

Based in New York City, Kevin has over 20 years of experience delivering advisory, audit, and audit-related services to a global client base. He has extensive experience leading cross functional teams to advise senior financial executives of corporate and private clients, on complex technical accounting and reporting matters for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt offerings, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Kevin’s experience spans initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, reverse mergers, accounting conversions, and new standard implementations under U.S. GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition, He advises clients on the design and implementation of financial policies and procedures to help transform businesses to meet new requirements and/or to improve performance.
