Bobby, a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), spends the majority of his time leading HR initiatives for companies preparing to enter the public markets, with a focus on sustainable success. He works closely with executives to ensure the appropriate skillsets and bandwidth are available in their corporate functions, design public company pay models, align internal communications with external messaging, and support equity administration vendor selection processes.
When Bobby is not focusing on IPOs or SPACs, he is specializing in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies for executive, broad-based, and Board of Director populations. He provides an added focus on linking employee pay with company performance through the integration, design and communications of compensation programs.
He has client experience across a wide variety of industries during IPO, M&A and non-transactional situations, and he has worked with organizations across numerous industries, including financial services, technology, industrial manufacturing, aerospace and defense, healthcare, energy, retail, and telecommunications.
