Efe is a leader in the KPMG Precision Medicine practice. His strategic advisory expertise ranges from growth strategy and commercial due diligence to pricing and go-to-market strategies for corporate life science, diagnostics, medical device, and medical affairs clients, as well as private equity groups. As a trained infectious disease biologist Efe can apply his subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to help clients solve complex business problems across multiple areas including in vitro diagnostics, genomics, vaccine therapeutics, medical devices, health systems, and innovative frontiers within precision medicine like cell and gene therapy.
Efe’s deep scientific knowledge and business experience allows him to immediately gain an understanding of complex, innovative new technologies and fields, while being able to thoroughly analyze competitive market landscapes and identify strategic business opportunities within the client’s focused target industry.
