Oversee all aspects of activities within the organizarion including sorcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and strategic planning & analysis

• Roles and responsibilities
• Overseeing of the purchasing protocol.
• Conduct research for new components and suppliers
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing products and services to be purchased.
• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with reasonable cost, quality and delivery targets
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to Firm
• Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction items
• Work closely with others function and provide opportunities for purchasing improvement
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
• Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts process.
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, invoice issues and payment
• Prepare reports and updates as and when required

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management and logistics or related field
• Preferred at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management with experience in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing is highly valued
• Preferred analytical skills to assess supplier performance, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication (Thai & English will be advantage) and negotiation skills
