But, as they move into this second phase, they’re realizing that they need to redesign their operating model in order to succeed. Indeed, a significant percentage of the respondents to our 3Q18 Global Insights Sulse survey cited updating/overhauling their functional target operating model as the most impactful way to achieve their objectives.
