Now, an increasing number many CFOs, COOs, and CIOs are training their sights on back-office transformation, as they recognize they haven’t taken advantage of the newer technologies to enhance those operations.
Unfortunately, many err by approaching back-office transformation from purely a technology perspective. The reality is that success more often comes from collaboration between the business functions – HR, finance, supply chain, etc. – and the technology function.
