Duncan leads KPMG’s Connected Enterprise solution, within Management Consulting's Customer Advisory practice.

He has proven sales and marketing expertise, both depth and breadth – providing executive insight, understanding and innovation required to drive bottom line business growth through online / offline medium, whether that be marketing demand generation or sales. Having owned the full value-chain from propositions to campaigns to sales, recognize and understand the challenges clients face in the effective creation of compelling marketing campaigns, operational delivery in sales channels, management of technology & creative vendors and online/offline multi-channel integration. Working with 8 Fortune 500 organizations and another 5 industry leading businesses across all sectors from high tech, to financial services to medical equipment and pharmaceuticals

Duncan has deep knowledge & expertise in Information Communication Technology market - over 14 years of experience in a blue-chip hi-tech company. Roles across many disciplines including: sales and marketing execution, strategy, customer service operations and internal consulting

He is a recognised high performer within organization - “High Potential” individual within the BT Retail Talent Pool for the 6th consecutive year, putting me in the top 1% of all employees with BT Group. Achieved top category, “Senior Executive potential”, in Senior Executive Development Programme for which only 28 people a year are nominated across BT Group.

Ducan has established corporate strategy and executive advisor capabilities - as Head of Strategy for the Retail division (over 21m customers and delivering in excess of £12bn revenue), I developed the business strategy in partnership with the CEO and his management board. Acted as an executive advisor to this body on business development, m&a’s, market trends, channel strategy and developed competitor benchmarking capability (Europe & US).
