Baylor Scott & White Health's aggressive and successful growth strategies resulted in human resources (HR) business processes and functionality requirements that had evolved more rapidly than their highly-customized human capital management (HCM) systems could efficiently accommodate. To address this challenge, Scott & White Healthcare selected PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 as their go-forward HRIS platform, and turned to KPMG to lead the strategic initiative.
KPMG utilized rapid deployment methodology to upgrade PeopleSoft HCM from 8.9 to 9.2. Standardizing and streamlining business processes via industry-leading practices inherent in the application provided a highly scalable platform and a robust foundation upon which strategic business intelligence and analytics functionality can be assessed and deployed.
