Pre-disaster FEMA PA risk self-assessment
Applicants can complete and submit a tailored online risk self-assessment questionnaire based on your approved evaluation criteria to assess program compliance risk. Pre-disaster ratings are assigned, assessing applicants’ ability to comply with 2 CFR 200 and Stafford Act, Hazard Mitigation, Section 406 requirements.
Risk mitigation abatement plan
Individual, tailored risk mitigation abatement plans are generated for each applicant, focused on improving applicants’ program knowledge and compliance with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR).
Post-disaster risk assessment updates and monitoring
After a disaster occurs, applicants can update the risk self-assessment for a final post-storm risk assessment and begin uploading supporting documentation using standardized templates to support reimbursement.
Reimbursement request
Applicants submit worksheets and additional supporting documentation in a central repository. Uploaded documents are converted into text and automatically classified key data points are extracted and saved in a machine readable format.
Automated validation and reporting
Automated data validation tests of over 25 data points help identify potential documentation errors, instance of fraud, and duplication of benefits. Submitted information is validated against established CFR criteria.
Closeout process and reporting
Reconciliation checks are automatically performed to identify areas that meet the requirements for reimbursement, while populating the necessary reports and packages for closeout activities.
