KPMG LLP conducted a poll during its Customer to cash - transforming the quote-to-cash process to improve customer experience webcast on August 27, 2020. This Road to New Reality: CFO Real Insights webcast featured a discussion with KPMG subject matter specialists, along with guest presenters from RecVue, on how moving away from “quote-to-cash” capabilities to automated “customer to cash” capabilities can create a redesigned and improved customer-first experience.

Nearly half of those polled pointed to the streamline and optimization of the front - middle - back office functions with supporting technologies as the most important customer to cash capability.
