The Tokenization, Loyalty and Blockchain survey was conducted by Ketchum Analytics to support KPMG’s thought leadership efforts on blockchain and tokenization. The survey was conducted to target 1,000 Americans 18+ to reveal consumers’ familiarity with using tokens to make purchases, and investigate the awareness and willingness to use such a form of digital commerce routinely. Overall, the findings highlight the strategic business value of blockchain infrastructure, and the opportunities for businesses to leverage the technology for transparent, immutable and frictionless transactions. The key areas of the report highlight consumer driven acceptance, early adopters among consumer generations, loyalty programs, and industry impact.
