AI sends workers back to school

Amazon recently announced that it will spend $700 million to retrain one-third of its U.S. workforce. With the advent of AI in the workforce, jobs that require repetition may require organizations to consider adopting a similar training strategy.

VO: In July, Amazon said it will spend $700 million dollars to retrain one-third of its U.S. workforce. That has more companies thinking about employee training.
