Hank leads the Healthcare Digital Customer Engagement Innovation and Salesforce Practice at KPMG focused on helping healthcare clients with customer experience and digital transformations. He supports healthcare organizations, health insurers, academic medical centers, physician practices, providers, and digital health companies in elevating the consumer and clinical experience. He focuses on developing innovative and integrated approaches toward bringing digital solutions to solve client engagement challenges. Hank has expertise in customer experience technologies across the ecosystems, from startups to enterprise technology platforms. He is focused on driving improvement in quality, increased engagement, and experience across the patient and member lifecycle.
Hank has led and helps advise clients on the development of strategies to execution on efforts supporting organizations in a range of activities and services. In addition, he manages executive client relationships with key business and IT sponsors through multi-phased strategy and execution across front-office transformation.
Hank holds a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to his role at KPMG, Hank sits on the CX Advisory Board for UC Santa Barbara, where he helps advise the CX program at the intersection of customer experience and digital.
