Rauniei, with a master’s degree of Accounting from George Washington University and over 20 years of experience in audit, is specialized in the financial statement audit under IFRS reporting frameworks, initial public offering in Taiwan and the IFRS conversion.

Rauniei has accounting certifications in the R.O.C. and Maryland, USA, and has worked on financial statements and income tax audit for large local and international businesses that make a profit.

Rauniei has done research on different IFRS issues and family business succession planning, and she also works as an associate and a instructor for several organizations in Taiwan, such as the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association (TCGA), Accounting Research and Development Foundation, Taiwan Investor Relations Institute (TIRI) and Independent Director Association Taiwan (TIDA), as well as the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
